These terms apply to every retreat booked with The Soulful Solo. Questions? Email communityocho@gmail.com.

1. Booking and payment

• A deposit of $150 per guest secures your space.
• The balance is due 4 weeks before your retreat starts. If you book inside those 4 weeks, the full amount is due when you book.
• If the balance isn't paid by its due date we may release your space and keep the deposit.

2. If you need to cancel

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancel more than 4 weeks before the retreat starts and anything you have paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
• Cancel 4 weeks or less before the retreat starts and payments are non-refundable.
• If something comes up, get in touch: we'll always do our best to help, including moving you to another date where we can.

3. If we need to cancel

• If we cancel a retreat for a reason within our control, everything you have paid is refunded, including the deposit.
• We can't refund flights or other travel costs, which is one reason we recommend travel insurance.

4. Events outside our control

If a retreat can't run because of something outside our reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disaster, illness outbreak, government restrictions or similar), payments are not refunded. You'll receive a credit for the full amount you paid, to use on another Soulful Solo retreat within 12 months.

5. Travel and insurance

You are responsible for your own travel to Bacalar, your passport and any visa. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical care.

6. The retreat itself

We may adjust the schedule, activities or rooms where weather, safety or availability require it, and will always keep the spirit of the retreat the same.

7. Liability waiver

Every guest signs our retreat agreement and liability waiver in their guest area before arriving.
